Supreme Steels India traces its roots to a steel trading business founded in 1966 — and has grown, generation by generation, into a fully integrated forging and machining company.
Rooted in a steel trading foundation dating back to 1966, Supreme Steels India entered manufacturing with a bright bar unit in 1990, before establishing its forging operations in 1997 — followed by fully machined components from 2000.
Today, SSI is a vertically integrated forging and precision machining company, delivering consistent quality across the value chain — backed by nearly six decades of material expertise and manufacturing excellence.
SSI is a family-run business, led today by Rajesh Juneja, Chirag Juneja and Tanya Juneja, continuing a legacy of Mr P.L. Juneja that began with steel trading and has grown into a full manufacturing chain — from raw bar to finished, ready-to-assemble component.
The Supreme group of companies begins in steel trading — the material knowledge that still underpins every SSI forging decision today.
SSI enters manufacturing, converting hot-rolled steel bars into precision-finished bright bars through peeling, turning and polishing.
The core forging unit is established — 1000T, 400T and 100T presses alongside 1T–3T hammers, producing closed-die forgings at scale.
A dedicated machining unit closes the loop — transforming rough forgings into finished, ready-to-assemble parts.
ISO 9001:2015 certified, 10,000 tonnes of annual forging capacity, and long-standing relationships across automotive, agriculture, railways, defence, oil & gas, hydraulics, aerospace and heavy equipment.
From bright bar to closed-die forging to finished machined part — one accountable chain instead of three separate vendors.
In-house metallurgical inspection, ISO 9001:2015 certification, and CMM-verified dimensional accuracy.
A steel-trading heritage that shapes how we source, grade and process carbon, alloy and stainless steel.
